Returns & Exchanges
Each product is handmade the day of your order to ensure freshness. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order, however due to sanitary issues we can only accept returns on items that are unopened & unused. We can not accept returns on products that have been opened. Thank you for your understanding.

We will refund money for all unopened products that are in resalable condition. 

Return the item unused and in perfect condition within 7 days of receipt for your exchange. Please send an email to info@mollysoap.com and include the item(s) you are returning or exchanging along with your invoice number. Please include a copy of your invoice in your package. Mail the item(s) to:

Damaged Merchandise
If you receive damaged merchandise please contact us as soon as possible at info@mollysoap.com. We will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund.

Shipping Rates
We currently only offer USPS Priority Shipping and Global Priority to Canada.  Rates are based on current USPS rates.  For shipping to countries other than US and Canada please contact us. info@mollysoap.com

Global Priority to Canada
We will ship to Canada.  Please note the cart will not provide a shipping quote.  You may place your order and we will contact you with an exact shipping quote.

Orders are shipped within 1-7 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are shipped the following business day.

We re-use and recycle all packaging products whenever possible so your order may contain packaging peanuts, bubble wrap or other non-degradable material.  Please recycle by re-using the packaging material for your next parcel mailing.

Shelf Life
Products should should be used within 6 months.  We use a paraben and formaldehyde-free preservative to prolong the shelf life of our products.  To extend life, products should be stored closed in a cool, dry, and dark environment. Avoid letting water into the product's container when using.
